1, Choosing materials: before we purchased the material in volume, we will do the temperature and life time test, only the test is approved, we will buy in a samll quantity, then test again, no problem, we will go to purchase in volume.
 
2, IQC: we still need to inspect randomly for materails before we sent them to our warehouse, no problem of the testing, then approved.
 
3, First checking: when we produced the goods on our production line, we will produce 5-10pcs first, then will do the full process printing testing, only the testing is ok, we will produce in volume.
 
4, process checking: during the goods are produced on the production line, our engineers will check our workers' operation in every 5 minutes and will correct the wrong way of operating.
 
5, Pringting testing: all the goods will be tested when they are on the production line, including the darkness, gray, ghost testing, etc.
 
6, Full testing: we will clean the goods and inspect the appearance before packed the goods, no problem, then pack them.
 
7, Performance testing: our QC will inspect randomly the goods in 1%, including the life time testing.
 
8, Check and accept: the salesman will test the goods on behalf the customer: HP goods will take 1% to test with pulling out the seal, Samsung goods will take 2%, meanwhile also check other details as customer's requested: opc drum, label, black plastic bag, airbag, neutral box, shipping mark, etc.
